High copper alloys don't anodize terribly well. Generally, organic solvents don't do anything to a good anodic finish, so I suspect you are getting a bloom from the fact that the coating is not that great. Blooms will look like a powdery white. It's also possible to get seal smut, which is greenish, though this should be visible before the part is cleaned.
Blooms don't necessarily mean the anodic coating or the seal has been compromised. If I'm right, you just seeing loose aluminum oxide that's brought out by the alcohol.
