Masking thread during anodization

Hi,

We have aluminum 6061-T6 part and we want to apply PLATING - ANODIZED,
TYPE II, CLASS 2, BLACK, .00015"/.00030" TOTAL THICKNESS. This part has
threads 2-56 UNC-2B and 4-40 UNC-2B, most of them are blind, some are
through.

Would you recommend to Mask threads during plating, or could it be
avoided for specified plating?
