Anodizing method for conductive aluminum?

I would like to anodize aluminum and have it retain its conductive properties. What methods of anodizing will not affect aluminum conductivity?(low voltage application 4.5v) In addtion I would like to dye the aluminum Black.

Is the Tin (or other metals) in Type II A-24 electrolytic coloring conductive?
