: Our tenants painted the anodized aluminum frame for our sun porch with a latex paint. Is there a way to remove the paint without damaging the original finish?

Any commercial paint stripper that does not include caustic or alkaline solutions should strip without harming the aluminum. Most hardware stores have marine strip that is pretty good. You just want to allow the stripper to work and not scrape or abrade the surface in any way, especially edges or corners where the film is the lightest.
