I own a company that manufactures chafer ( they keep food hot on a buffet line) we currently make all of our parts from 200 series stainless steel. We are NSF approved. I am thinking about changing over to aluminum and am concerned about the corrosion resistance and appearance of our parts after they have been through a commercial dishwasher several times. In addition I have to make sure that our costs stay below current costs for manufacturing with stainless steel, color would be a good option. Any advice?
