I am planning on using a 6061-T6 aluminum nut and bolt to plug a hole in a chem conversion coated panel. I have currently specified the parts be anodized per MIL-A-8625 Ty I. Our EMI guy is worried aobut charging of the bolt and nut during ascent. I am looking for information regarding the resitivity or conductivity of Type I coatings. Just need ballpark figures, don't need to be too exacting. At this point am not sure whether supplier will use chromic acid or mineral acid process. Thanks!
