We have had a request from one of our Japanese customers to provide them with the chemical properties of our annodized parts. They are specifically looking for the properties discussed in the european RoHS initiative. I am looking for a break down and chemical composition for an annodized part. The specific property limits for the RoHs initiative are below....

Lead - 0.1%
Mercury - 0.1%
Cadmium - 0.01%
Hexavalent chromium (chromium xxx or Cr6+) - 0.1%
Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) - 0.1%
Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) - 0.1%

Where could i find some analysis info on what an annodized part might have? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
