: Hello,
: Today I received a clear anodized aluminum frame, 7/8" tubing, for my boat cover/top. It seems like some of the clear packing tape came in contact with the anodized tubing and now there's a bunch of adhesive residue "smeared" all over the tubing.

: What's the best way to remove the adhesive residue without ruining the anodizing?

Methyl Ethyl Keytone (MEK) or Acetone will both work quite well for your application.

Scott
