There are two ways to reserve your room:

Room Rate: $209 CAD (Single/Double)

All hotel reservation requests must be received by the Marriott Montreal Chateau Champlain no later than Thursday, September 9, 2010; after that date, the AAC room block will be released and reservations cannot be guaranteed, nor can the special rates be assured.

Hotel Cancellation Policy Notice

Transportation to and from the airport and the hotel

The Marriott Montreal Chateau Champlain does not provide a shuttle service. The Montreal Trudeau-Dorval Airport (YUL) is approximately 9 miles from the hotel.

Transportation options to the hotel include:

• Sedan Limo
  • $85 CAD pick-up at the airport to the hotel with a meet and greet
  • $66 CAD all-inclusive from the hotel to the airport for departure
  • If you would like to make a reservation for a Sedan Limo to pick or drop you off, call the concierge at the hotel, Pierrette Page, at 514.878.9000 or email her at concierge@chateauchamplain.com and she will make the appropriate arrangements.

• Bus service
  • $7 CAD
  • Take bus 747 from the airport to the hotel.  The trip will take approximately 45 minutes. The bus stop and drop off is on Boul Rene-Levesque corner of Peel (No. 5).

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Individual guests making a reservation at the hotel for the AAC Annual Anodizing Conference will automatically have their credit card charged for one night's room and tax at the time of the booking.  Should the reservation subsequently be cancelled the following applies:

Room Cancellation up to July 1, 2010 - no penalty and the deposit charged at the time the reservation was made, will be refunded to guest.

Room Cancellation between July 2, 2010 and August 1, 2010 ... will be charged for ONE night's room and tax.

Room Cancellation between August 2 and September 1, 2010 ... will be charged TWO night's room and tax.

Room Cancellation from September 2, 2010 to date of arrival, and/or No Show rooms, will be charged for their entire night's room and tax.
